Machines The chopcutters cut fresh, frozen (to -6°C.), cooked bone-in or boneless meat, fish, porks and cheeses. They can be supplied with electronic system to program the cut with a computer. The slicers cut also fresh meat boneless, chitterlingses, slice of bacon, speck, roast. They can be semi-automatic with one or two mouths of loading or automatic with a mouth of load and outfeed and infeed conveyors. They are standard furnished with incorporated washing system. The hamburger machines are completely automatic with outfeed conveyor and form hamburger of meat, fish and soy with different forms and they are completed with automatic interleaver. The meat grinders Multifunction are ideal for the small productions of minces, hamburgers and bagged. Available also in the refrigerated version. The cold cuts slicers are suitable for the cut of sausages, cheeses, meat and fish "carpaccio" with a production speed which can vary from 1 to 95 cuts per minute. The line for fish
processing is composed by: Automatic chop cutters to cut "carpaccio" and slices of swordfish, salmon and sturgeon. Automatic hamburger machines form hamburgers of fish. The food-line C.R.M. is completed with: cutters, bandsaws, vertical and horizzontal fillers, Kneaders and skinners. |
